At Soul Soups, we take pride in the quality and care that go into every batch. Each soup and dessert is made fresh with love, and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order.

Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been picked up, delivered, or opened. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order — such as an error, damage, or product concern — please reach out to us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit.
